Jamie Boyle is a two-time Emmy Award® winning filmmaker. Her films focus on a range of topics and social issues. She is a Sundance Institute, International Documentary Association, and NYSCA-supported artist, a DOC NYC 40 Under 40 recipient and a Sundance Catalyst Lab & Talent Forum fellow. Her films have been distributed by Showtime, HBO Max, Netflix, PBS, AppleTV, and Amazon Prime and premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW. She was the in-house editor at Human Rights Watch and following the 2016 presidential election, directed and edited more than two dozen short documentaries for the ACLU. She served as a judge for the News & Documentary Emmys and Catapult Film Fund. She’s been a guest lecturer at Brown University’s School of Public Health, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) at the NIH, and Columbia University.
